Welcome to Exhale where certified teachers provide exceptional Pilates mat and equipment classes, private lessons, and duets for most ages and fitness levels.
We are located in a light-filled studio in downtown Bothell, WA with easy access from Woodinville, Kirkland, Mill Creek, Mukilteo, and Everett.
Exhale! specializes in Pilates small group classes for the novice, beginner, intermediate and advanced student. Our "Pilates for Beginners Monthly Series" include apparatus and matwork and are offered to clients who are new to Pilates. Series occur each month and are limited to 4 participants only. For the more advanced client, we offer Reformer, Mat, Wall Unit and Chair classes leveled to your ability. Group classes, private lessons and duets are 55 minutes in length.
